Married white female seeking….

I keep seeking…

                    Assurance.

                         Peace.

                              Direction.

                                    Answers.

I have begged for His will to be revealed to me, and His peace to wash over me.

And along my path, I see tiny snippets that remind me. God can send you a message through the LITTLE things!  Friends sending a quick message of encouragement.  A picture that speaks to your heart.  Scripture – not a little thing – whispers nuggets of truth into my heart.

——

No this is not scripture, but was meant for ME today!

Scripture for my needy heart that He gave me.

Isaiah 43

(AC)“Remember not the former things,
nor consider the things of old.
19 (AD)Behold, I am doing a new thing;
    now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
(AE)I will make a way in the wilderness
(AF)and rivers in the desert.

Isaiah 41

(A)Listen to me in silence(B)O coastlands;
let the peoples renew their strength;
let them approach, then let them speak;
let us together draw near for judgment.

(C)Who stirred up one from the east
whom victory meets at every (D)step?[a]
(E)He gives up nations before him,
so that he tramples kings underfoot;
he makes them like dust with his sword,
(F)like driven stubble with his bow.
He pursues them and passes on safely,
by paths his feet have not trod.
(G)Who has performed and done this,
calling the generations from the beginning?
(H)I, the Lord, the first,
and with the last; I am he.

(I)The coastlands have seen and are afraid;
the ends of the earth tremble;
they have drawn near and come.
Everyone helps his neighbor
and says to his brother, “Be strong!”
(J)The craftsman strengthens the goldsmith,
and he who smooths with the hammer him who strikes the anvil,
saying of the soldering, “It is good”;
and they strengthen it with nails (K)so that it cannot be moved.

But you, Israel, (L)my servant,
Jacob, (M)whom I have chosen,
the offspring of Abraham, (N)my friend;
you whom I took from the ends of the earth,
and called (O)from its farthest corners,
saying to you, “You are (P)my servant,
(Q)I have chosen you and not cast you off”;
10 fear not, for I am with you;
be not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
    I will uphold you with (R)my righteous right hand.

Job 23:10

10 But he (H)knows (I)the way that I (J)take;
when he has (K)tried me, I shall come out as gold.

Philippians 4

(G)Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. (H)The Lord is at hand; (I)do not be anxious about anything, (J)but in everything by prayer and supplication (K)with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And (L)the peace of God(M)which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

12 I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and(S)hunger, abundance and (T)need. 13 I can do all things (U)through him who strengthens me.

Psalm 28

The Lord is my strength and (A)my shield;
in him my heart (B)trusts, and I am helped;
my heart exults,
and with my (C)song I give thanks to him

~so many times I think of His strength, but I forget his my SHIELD.  My PROTECTION from the fiery darts that Satan hurls my way!

Another gentle reminder from a silly thing called Pinterest.  God even uses the silly things!

  1. Thanks Tancy! I loved the Scriptures you included, they spoke to my heart as well. I also have been praying for peace in a certain situation and often wonder about God’s plan for me. I am thankful He already knows and is always right beside as I try to walk this path called life! Have a good day, friend. Be strong! You can accomplish all and more then you can imagine! 🙂
